Mediation in Criminal Cases and Tools for Measuring the Scale of Risk of Recidivism in Probation System
Saturácia potrieb poškodených prostredníctvom mediácie: Mediácia v trestných veciach a nástroje na meranie miery rizika recidívy v probácii
On 10 - 11 June 2014, the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic with the cooperation of other V4 judicial academies organised first seminar in the project in the premises of the Hungarian Judicial Academy. This topic was predominantly targeted to judges, prosecutors, probation and mediation officers and other judicial practitioners in Visegrad countries who come into contact with criminal mediation.
Seminar was held in Slovak language with simultaneous interpretation into English.
Composition of the audience included 10 judges and prosecutors from Poland, 11 judges and prosecutors from Czech Republic, 6 judges and court secretaries from Hungary and 14 judges, prosecutors, probation and mediation officers and court secretaries from Slovak Republic.
The overall evaluation of the seminar was 1,15 marks. Overall evaluation of the content of the seminar was 1,55 marks. Overall evaluation of lecturer Mr. Vladimír Cehlár was 1,44 marks (the same marking used) and for Mr. Martin Lulei was 1,34 marks. (Evaluation is counted from the evaluation sheets filled anonymously by
the participants, where 1 is the best mark, 5 is the worst mark; the average is counted from the number of given marks for each question separately)

V dňoch 10. - 11. júna 2014 otvorila Justičná akadémia Slovenskej republiky v spolupráci s akadémiami V4 zorganizovala prvý seminár v projekte v priestoroch Justičnej akadémie Maďarska. Téma seminára bola určená sudcom, prokurátorom, probačným a mediačným úradníkom a justičným pracovníkom, ktorí vykonávajú trestnú mediáciu.
Seminár bol vedený v slovenskom jazyku so simultánnym tlmočením do Anglického jazyka.
Obsadenie seminára zahŕňalo 10 sudcov a prokurátorov z Poľska, 11 sudcov a prokurátorov z Českej republiky, 6 sudcov a justičných pracovníkov z Maďarska a 14 sudcov, prokurátorov, probačných a mediačných úradníkov a justičných pracovníkov zo Slovenskej republiky.
Celkové hodnotenie seminára bolo známkou 1,15. Celkové hodnotenie obsahu seminára predstavovalo 1,55. Celkové hodnotenie lektora p. Vladimíra Cehlára predstavovalo známku 1,44, p. Martina Luleia 1,34.
(Hodnotenie sa počítalo z odovzdaných evaluačných hárkov vypĺňaných anonymne, kde 1 predstavuje najlepšiu známku a 5 najhoršiu; priemerná známka sa počíta z počtu udelených známok pre každú otázku samostatne)
