Possibilities and limits of effective justice

The conference will explore the functioning of justice in the EU, with special focus on the Czech Republic.  We will discuss the efficiency of a court case management, looking at management processes and organizational structures, analyzing means of evaluations, setting benchmarks,  and identifying training possibilities.

We will share best practices and define concrete ways to improve the functioning of justice. Among the invitees is also a member of the secretariat from The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice.

Language regime: Czech and English

IMPORTANT: All those who had participated on the event are obliged to upload REPORT from this event within 30 days after their return and no later than 31 December 2014. The report may be written in Slovak or English language.
