On 29-30 June 2015, the Judicial Academy of the Slovak Republic organised with the cooperation of other V4 judicial academies the fifth seminar in the project in the premises of  our academy in Omšenie. This topic was predominantly targeted to judges and prosecutors in Visegrad countries who come into contact with victims of criminal offences.

Seminar was held in Slovak and English language.

Composition of the audience included 35 participants within the target groups of judges, prosecutors and judicial officers. The composition in the seminar included 7 judges, 10 prosecutors and 18 judicial officers, whereas 9 were Hungarians, 1 Polish, 21 were from Slovak Republic and 4 from Czech Republic.

Pirošíková: Most vulnerable victims from the perspective of the case law

V dňoch 29.-30. júna 2015 pokračovala Justičná akadémia Slovenskej republiky v spolupráci s akadémiami V4 v implementácii projektu organizovaním piateho seminára v priestoroch nášho detašovaného pracoviska v Omšení. Téma seminára bola určená sudcom a prokurátorom, ktorí prichádzajú do kontaktu s obeťami trestných činov.

Seminár bol vedený v slovenskom a anglickom jazyku.

Na seminári sa zúčastnilo 35 účastníkov, z ktorých 7 bolo sudcov, 10 prokurátorov a 18 súdnych úradníkov, pričom 9 účastníkov bolo z Maďarska, 1 z Poľska, 21 zo Slovenska a 4 z Čiech.
